Copyright

The contents of the JWMA in terms of text and images are made publicly available by the EJMAS repositories for use in non-commercial purposes such as research, instruction, and private study in all aspects of Western Martial Arts.

The nature of historical archival and manuscript images or text employed within the submissions often makes it difficult to determine the copyright status of an item. In general, it is the author's responsibility to govern his/her ability to use that content sourced from their primary sources. It is the position of JWMA that the copyright is held by the originating sources for that material.
